Shipment method

For your convenience we inform you that the minimum order amount to be shipped is € 20.00 including VAT without shipping costs.

1. The cost of transport for parcels up to 5kg in volumetric weight or physical weigth (depends on the size of the parcel), is €4.00 (with VAT) and for each additional kilo there is an €1.00, extra charge.

In the case of cash on delivery service, there is an extra cost in value €2.00 (with VAT) that is clearly displayed in the cost analysis screen on our website.

Inaccessible areas are not charged extra for courier shipments.

The additional services that you will probably request are charged based on the current price list of the courier company with which the shipment is made.

2. The processing period for each order after its successful registration in our system, until 8:00pm, is up to 5 working days to be shipped. Any delay due to lack of product or problematic transfer by the competent bodies, our company is not responsible, except for the return of money on paid orders, in the same way it received.
3. The arrivals of the shipments to the recipients depend on the stereotypes of the international transports and our company does not bear any responsibility for any delays or damage during the transport.
4. In all orders there is the possibility of return and/or replacement as long as the product is accompanied by all the accessories of its packaging and has not been used, especially not worn.
5. Each shipment has a unique order code with which the customer can search for his parcel at any time, from the time he has left the company. In any case we are obliged to provide this number to the customer, whenever requested when the shipment is made with the cooperating courier company.
6. The goods always travel on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer. They can be insured only with a written request of the buyer and at his own expense, the shipping of the goods, is borne by the buyer.
7. Pickup Procedure from the Store.

Collection from the store takes place only when you have been informed by the company by written email from the contact accounts hello@dancewear.gr and / or sheddodance@gmail.com and / or mysheddo@yahoo.gr, or in exceptional cases after a telephone communication that confirms the readiness of your order.
